BOOKING & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Booking Conditions
In accordance with the hotel’s booking conditions, the reservations department may send you a secure bank debit authorization link, which must be completed and validated in order to guarantee your reservation.
To confirm your stay, Riad La Clé d’Or will charge 50% of the total stay amount as a non-refundable deposit.
For stays between Christmas and New Year, special conditions apply and 100% of the total stay amount will be charged as a non-refundable deposit.
A reservation will only be considered fully confirmed once the required payment or payment guarantee has been successfully validated.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The following cancellation conditions apply to reservations made directly with Riad La Clé d’Or, unless different conditions are specifically stated at the time of booking.

The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Cancellation More Than 15 Days Before Arrival
For any cancellation made more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit corresponding to 50% of the total stay amount will be retained by Riad La Clé d’Or.
The deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation 15 Days or Less Before Arrival
For any cancellation made 15 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total stay amount will be due.
If only 50% of the total stay has already been charged at the time of booking, Riad La Clé d’Or reserves the right to charge the remaining balance in accordance with the booking conditions accepted by the guest.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show, meaning that the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled the reservation in advance, 100% of the total stay amount will be charged.
A guest will be considered a no-show if they have not arrived at the property by 7:00 AM on the morning following the scheduled arrival date, unless a late arrival has been previously agreed in writing with Riad La Clé d’Or.
Guests expecting to arrive late are strongly advised to inform the reservations team in advance so that the room can be held.
Early Departure
In the event of an early departure initiated by the guest, unused nights remain payable.
No refund will be due for unused nights or services once the stay has begun, unless an exceptional written agreement has been approved by management.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS – CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR
Special booking and cancellation conditions apply to all stays between 23 December and 3 January inclusive.
Payment
100% of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking.
The amount charged is fully non-refundable.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, modification, early departure or no-show for a stay taking place between 23 December and 3 January:
100% of the total reservation amount remains due and no refund will be issued.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
Any request to modify:
stay dates;
number of nights;
number of guests;
room category;
package;
or additional services;
is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by Riad La Clé d’Or.
A change of dates may result in a change to the original room rate.
If the length of stay is reduced, the cancelled nights may be treated as a partial cancellation and the applicable cancellation conditions may apply.
RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
For reservations made through platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb or another travel agency, the payment, modification and cancellation conditions displayed on that platform at the time of booking will apply.
Where required, any modification or cancellation request must be submitted directly through the platform used to make the reservation.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is expressly permitted under the applicable booking conditions, it will normally be processed using the original payment method whenever technically possible.
Any bank processing times, currency conversion differences or fees charged by the guest’s bank are outside the control of Riad La Clé d’Or.
